Hello! My name is Lynda. I've been involved in fitness, health, and wellness for the past 20 years or so, with a background in ballet and gymnastics. I am also a certified holistic health coach.
The Bend Class came to be about 12 years ago when I was given the opportunity to teach a stretch class. Drawing on all of my knowledge from life experience and practice, The Bend Class was born.
This is an amazing class for everyone—from beginners to advanced practitioners—to discover what their body is truly capable of. Bend is a fusion of ballet and gymnastics stretching, basic yoga flows, deep breathing, and isometrics.
This class is my baby and my passion. I hope you enjoy it as much as I love teaching it!
